Don’t recommend at all!I couldn’t tell what part of it was “professional” cleaning. They spent about 3.5 hours cleaning a house that we haven’t moved into yet - has no furniture , no other stuff etc., She quoted a higher price since she under estimated the size of the kitchen intially, which we agreed to pay. She opened all the appliances in the kitchen to assess the condition, however I noticed she didn’t even touch the stove and oven and when we asked ,she said “Oh I thought you didn’t need them to be cleaned!” I was so furious at this point since I clearly remember telling I need deep cleaning of the kitchen in particular. There was so much dust around the fridge area and they acted surprised when we showed it. She sent a guy to bring a hoover with which he ATTEMPTED to clean and gave up immediately, which by the way I was able to clean using a long duster and a damp cloth! Next was the radiators- untouched! When asked, she said “oh we don’t do radiators”. But asked the guy to bring a duster which was no longer than my forearm,that obvioulsy didn’t work since it’s not meant for cleaning radiators. I was able to clean to clean them using a long brush and water! I later noticed that there was dust clearly visible on the switch boards in all rooms, which means they didn’t provide even a basic cleaning service for the “deep cleaning” price (saying this after checking the price with other cleaning companies). I hope this review saves someone from wasting their money on a basic, below average service! We ended up spending nearly equal amount on the cleaning supplies the next day and actully cleaned everything by ourselves.
Within the last few months, I have engaged the services of Passionate Cleaners upon three occasions. My cleaning lady, Shiella, has always acted in a professional manner and leaves my flat in an exemplary condition. Moreover, she has been sensitive to my needs as well as to my presence in the flat, whilst she is cleaning for me.
I am very pleased to see such great results, I didn’t know people were actually passionate to achieve the best within their teams. AVOID. Cleaner arrived with no mop or bin bags after I had explained I hadn’t moved in to the property yet and made me feel like it was my fault. Quote was not advised correctly upon ordering service leading to confusion. Absolute cherry on the cake, the cleaner loaded my toilet with rubble due to not arriving with bin bags causing a complete blockage. Paid over £900 for emergency plumber who required machinery to clear the blockage and Passionate Cleaners offered the cost of the cleaning and £150 toward the plumber still leaving me with over £600 to pay and a huge mess to clean after the plumbers had to fully remove my toilet in order to clear the blockage. They also implied I was lying and suggested there was already a problem despite there evidentially being no issue with my toilet prior to the cleaner arriving which I did not appreciate. Cleaners need re training, not professional.

We needed an emergency clean soon after moving in to our new flat before we could unpack and build our furniture.They came on short notice and cleaned every single room in the house. The before and after was spectacular. I’ve attached photos of the carpet before and after their cleaning - getting rid of tough stains. They cleaned the carpet, the fridge, freezer, oven, the surfaces, cabinets. EVERYTHING to an amazing standard. Three cleaners came and worked so hard for three straight hours! They listened to our needs and requests perfectly.I’ve attached photos showing the before and after of some of the stains on the carpet they cleaned, the oven, the corner behind the washing machine. There are even more, some of the before pictures are too grimey for me to even post on here but rest assured they transformed the place!Cannot praise them enough and would definitely recommend them to anyone. 100/10 service.
